What size GO! Qube do I need to use these blocks?
The blocks were drawn for an 8" GO! Qube but will work for ANY SIZE GO! Qube! The important part is how you set up the block size in your layout when designing your quilt. Helpful information and conversion charts are included in the download.
Are any of these blocks duplicates of what is in the EQ Block Library?
Of the 216 blocks, around 40 are already included in the EQ Block Library. The great part about this product is that these blocks are organized in one location! And the PDF resources, including reference guides for each labeled block, are very helpful!
I already own Lori Miller's original version. Do I need this new version?
This product was originally released by Lori Miller Designs. Electric Quilt and Lori Miller have partnered together to re-vamp the original product into a new format. What's different in this new version?
- Easy installation! Blocks install right into your EQ8 Block Library.
- PDF resources install directly to your My EQ8 > Documentation folder on your computer for easy access.
- Includes a detailed guide (PDF) on how to use the blocks with your EQ software.
- Corrections have been made to some block drawings. No new blocks have been added.
- Notecards include helpful tips and information for the blocks.
- Foundation sections have been improved for easier piecing (if you plan to sew the blocks without an AccuQuilt cutter).
You do not need this version unless you want the new features/improvements listed above.
Is there an upgrade price from Lori's original version?
Since the original product was sold by Lori Miller or AccuQuilt, there is no upgrade price available on the EQ website. Please contact EQ customer service team if you have questions.
